Enrollment and Payment Authorization (Monthly Family Membership only - Not applicable for Drop-Ins, Musical Playdates, Mini-Sessions or Teacher Practice Classes)
By enrolling in our Monthly Family Membership, you agree to have Riverside Family Music charge the saved card on file to collect monthly membership fees as listed on the respective tution page for each program. The fee you are paying today includes your first THREE (3) monthly tuition payments plus a non-refundable Registration Fee (applicable to new families, only). Once you have met your minimum enrollment requirements, automatic billing of your remaining monthly tuition fees will be made on the 1st of each month for the following month while your membership is active (for example, December tuition is billed on November 1st). Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO MINI-SESSIONS, MUSICAL PLAYDATES, DROP-INS OR TEACHER PRACTICE CLASSES). |
Drop-ins and Musical Playdates
There are no refunds for missed Drop-in or Musical Playdates. As such, we do not reschedule missed drop-ins or musical playdates to another time. If your Drop-In or Musical Playdate was scheduled to be outdoors, we WILL reschedule in the event of rain or other inclement weather that causes us to cancel the event. |
Cancellation and Termination
MEMBERSHIP: Your membership is active until you cancel/freeze. For in-person classes, at least thirty (30) days notice is required to cancel by sending written notification to [email protected]. Membership ends on the last day of the month following the month of notification (for example, notification of cancel/freeze must be made by October 31st for your membership to cancel/freeze by November 30th). If cancel/freeze corresponds with the start of a new song collection, you will not receive the new songbook/CD. For Music Together® Online only, you may cancel/freeze your membership at any time by emailing us with your notification and your membership will end on the last day of that month. There is a $30 cancelation fee if you cancel/freeze your membership within 30 days after we have shipped your CD/Songbook. It is your responsibility to keep your credit card current and accurate on your account. There will be an automatic $10 fee added to your account for declined credit card charges. |
Media Release
From time to time photos or videos may be taken before, during or after class and used only for the purposes of promoting our classes via our website, brochures and/or social media. Unless we receive written notification from you (emailed to [email protected]) stating otherwise, by agreeing to these terms, you are giving Riverside Family Music consent to take photos or videos of you and/or your child(ren) and use for such purposes. |
